At Egypt Tours Transfers, we are committed to providing clear, fair, and transparent booking conditions for every traveler. Please review the following Terms & Conditions carefully before confirming your reservation.
1. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed once availability has been verified and the required deposit or full payment has been successfully received.
All services remain subject to availability until confirmation. Certain hotels, domestic flights, Nile Cruises, Dahabiyas, and special arrangements may require final confirmation from the relevant supplier.
2. Payment Policy
For full packages, multi-day journeys, Nile Cruise packages, and Dahabiya journeys, a 35% deposit of the total booking value is required to confirm the reservation.
The remaining 65% balance must be paid no later than 60 days before the tour start date.
For bookings made 60 days or less before the tour start date, 100% of the total booking value is required at the time of confirmation.
Certain special arrangements, including private charters, special-event departures, airline tickets, premium accommodation, or supplier-controlled services, may require different payment terms. Any such conditions will be communicated to the traveler before confirmation.
3. Cancellation Policy – Full Packages
For full packages, major multi-day journeys, Nile Cruise packages, and Dahabiya journeys, the following cancellation charges apply:
91 days or more: 35% of total booking value
90-61 days: 50% of total booking value
60-31 days: 75% of total booking value
30 days or less: 100% of total booking value
All cancellations must be submitted to Egypt Tours Transfers in writing. The applicable cancellation date will be the date on which the written cancellation request is received.
Airline tickets, Nile Cruises, Dahabiyas, hotels, special-event arrangements, and other prepaid services may carry separate or non-refundable supplier charges. Where applicable, any specific conditions affecting the booking will be communicated before confirmation.
4. Short Packages & Day Tours
Short packages and day tours may have different payment, cancellation, and amendment conditions depending on the services included and the suppliers involved.
The applicable conditions will be clearly communicated to the traveler before the booking is confirmed and payment is made.
Please contact Egypt Tours Transfers for the specific booking and cancellation conditions applicable to your selected short package or day tour.
5. Refunds
Where a refund is due under the applicable cancellation conditions, the refundable amount will be returned through the original payment method whenever possible.
Any applicable non-refundable supplier costs or actual transaction charges that cannot be recovered by Egypt Tours Transfers may be deducted from the refundable amount, where permitted.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the relevant supplier, bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
No-shows and services voluntarily unused after the journey has commenced are generally non-refundable.
6. Changes & Amendments
Requests to change travel dates, hotels, flights, cruise arrangements, passenger details, or other confirmed services are subject to availability and the conditions of the relevant suppliers.
Any additional costs resulting from a requested change will be communicated to the traveler before the amendment is confirmed.
Where a supplier considers a requested amendment to be a cancellation and a new booking, the applicable supplier conditions may apply.
7. Accommodation, Flights & Cruise Arrangements
Hotel rooms, cabin categories, bedding preferences, views, and other accommodation requests are subject to availability unless specifically confirmed in writing.
Domestic flight schedules, baggage allowances, and operating conditions are determined by the relevant airline and may be subject to change.
Nile Cruise and Dahabiya itineraries may occasionally be adjusted due to navigation, operational, or governmental requirements. Egypt Tours Transfers will make reasonable efforts to maintain the principal services and experiences included in the confirmed itinerary.
8. Special Requests
Dietary requirements, food allergies, accessibility needs, room preferences, and other special requests should be communicated to Egypt Tours Transfers as early as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests; however, they cannot be guaranteed unless specifically confirmed.
9. Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Travel arrangements may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, transportation disruption, civil disturbance, or similar extraordinary events.
In such circumstances, Egypt Tours Transfers will make reasonable efforts to assist travelers and arrange suitable alternatives where possible.
Any refund, credit, or amendment relating to affected third-party services will be subject to the amounts recoverable from the relevant suppliers and applicable law.
10. Complaints & Assistance
If you experience any issue during your journey in Egypt, please notify Egypt Tours Transfers as soon as possible. Most concerns can be resolved quickly when they are brought to our attention while the trip is still in progress.
Our team will make every reasonable effort to address the matter promptly and provide an appropriate solution.
If the issue cannot be resolved during your journey, you may submit a formal complaint to Egypt Tours Transfers in writing after the completion of your trip, together with your booking details and any relevant supporting information.
If a complaint remains unresolved after following our internal complaint process, the traveler may refer the matter to the relevant Egyptian tourism authority, where applicable.
11. Third-Party Bookings
Bookings made through third-party travel platforms or marketplaces may be subject to the payment, cancellation, amendment, and refund conditions of the platform through which the reservation was made.
Where applicable, the booking conditions of the relevant third-party platform will govern the transaction.
12. Children Policy
Tour Packages, Nile Cruises & Hotels
Unless otherwise stated for a specific booking, the following child rates generally apply:
- Under 2 years: Free of charge.
- From 2 to under 6 years: 25% of the applicable adult rate.
- From 6 to under 12 years: 50% of the applicable adult rate.
- 12 years and above: Adult rate applies.
Where domestic or international flights are included, additional airline charges may apply according to the airline’s infant and child fare policies.
Child rates are also subject to accommodation arrangements, room or cabin occupancy, and the conditions of the relevant hotel, Nile Cruise, Dahabiya, airline, or other service provider.
Day Tours & Sightseeing Excursions
Unless otherwise stated:
- Under 6 years: Free of charge.
- From 6 to under 12 years: 50% of the applicable adult rate.
- 12 years and above: Adult rate applies.
Where a tour includes flights, ferry tickets, special entrance tickets, or other services carrying separate child charges, an additional supplement may apply.
The final child rate and any applicable supplements will always be confirmed before payment and booking confirmation.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By making the required deposit or full payment, the traveler confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions, together with any specific conditions communicated by Egypt Tours Transfers for their booking.
